Assess is typically 2 to 3 weeks. Accelerate runs as a single focused sprint of 8 to 12 weeks. Amplify is a multi-month build with ongoing optimization. We share precise dates in the proposal after the discovery call.
Yes. That's often the best setup. We partner with internal IT or dev teams on the integration work they don't have bandwidth for, transfer knowledge during the engagement, and leave behind documentation your team can own.
